Thinking of You :: Flower Garden

Here is a simple thinking of you card I made last week. Instead of sending a get well card, I decided to use 'thinking of you'. I like using various shades of green with the raspberry cardstock. Monochromatic cards with a pop of color appeal to me. I've also used this layout many times, but somehow it looks different with each card.

Right now, I'm working on some cards featuring some of the new SU! stamps. I tried to make a set earlier, but was exhausted and I just crashed. I did get some of the stamping and punching done, so a part of the work is done. I hit a block and decided to lay down! I hope to share them with you next week, if not sooner!

Have a great Thursday and thanks for stopping by!

Instructions
  1. Trim spring moss cardstock to 4.25" x 11" then score at 5.5"
  2. Trim ripe avocado cardstock to a rectangle.
  3. Trim spring moss cardstock to a square to fit inside the rectangle.
  4. Stamp flower garden on spring moss cardstock.
  5. Stamp sentiment on bottom of ripe avocado.
  6. Adhere rhinestones to dotted line on sentiment.
  7. Adhere spring moss cardstock to ripe avocado cardstock.
  8. Tie both ribbons around ripe avocado cardstock.
  9. Punch scallop edge on raspberry fizz cardstock and adhere to bottom of ripe avocado cardstock.
  10. Adhere ripe avocado cardstock to card base using dimensionals.
