Hey everyone! It's Friday and I'm happy about that!! Did you hear my big news? I was one of the winners for Paper Craft's Stamp It! Challenge in the "Creating Patterned Paper with Stamps" category!! I found out yesterday and am super excited! The "Just Because" card won. You can view the winners on the Moxie Fob World blog and Paper Craft Connections blog (mine is here). I'm excited about all the winners. The cards are great inspiration.
Today's card is a fast card and the colors are inspired by this week's K. Werner Color Challenge. They are fall colors, so I tried to spruce it up as much as possible. The card is super simple, using a background stamp for partial card coverage. No cardstock is added, just the card base. So this is a about a 5 minute card if you move fast!
Thanks so much for all of your wonderful comments. Please know that I read them all, even if I don't respond (sometimes because there is no way to because of no-email linked). I do recognize that everyday is a gift and would like you to keep that in mind today! Enjoy your weekend! I'll be back probably Monday because I am directing my second photo session tomorrow! I hope to share pictures with you next week, including some paper art used in the session!!!
Hurry up...you can do it!
- Grab a PTI pre-scored A2 card.
- Stamp the top portion with background stamp.
- Tie ribbon around card base into a bow.
- Adhere flower and button (with floss).
- Stamp sentiment and corner round the corners.
Cardstocks: Papertrey Ink-white pre-scored A2 card
Accessories: Bazzill Basics-flower + floss; Craft Supply-button; Michaels-"copper" satin ribbon
