Birthday Squares

This card has to be the easiest card ever! This week I have been on a quickie card kick. I hope you are enjoying them as well. Die cutting and embossing are probably some of the fastest ways to create a perfect shape and design. I decided on the four square theme for a child's birthday. I can visualize the number of how old the child is turning on the inside! Just sign your name and mail it! In these tough times, custom handmade cards and other crafts are economically reasonable because the card can be a gift by itself.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Card Instructions
  1. Make an 4.25" square card with summer sunrise cardstock.
  2. Trim kraft cardstock into a square.
  3. Die cut 4 stamp shapes in cardstock color.
  4. Emboss stamp dies, sand, and adhere to kraft cardstock with foam adhesive.
  5. Adhere kraft cardstock to card front.

Love the quickie cards this week. One question, did you ink your cardstock prior to embossing with the Cuttlebug folders? I love the aged look your diecuts have on this card.

Thx for the inspiration
