Hey there! I hope you enjoyed your weekend. I sure did! I even squeezed in a bit of shopping. I'm still purchasing items for my studio, so I got some additions to my furniture at IKEA. It's coming along and I have not forgotten about sharing how it all turned out with you. I have a few more things to install and want to make sure it's exactly how I want it before the big reveal.
This weekend, I cleaned my studio and discovered many finds! How is it that you can actually go shopping in your own stash? I know, it's really a shame! Anyway, I came across this Cosmo Cricket Early Bird collection and remembered Moxie Fab World's Around the House Challenge that ends today. When I saw the S/P chipboard shakers, I knew I wanted to use them. I even considered the sentiment, "We go together like..." before finding one already in the collection! But, I was glad that I found it because that meant I did not have to word process it or stamp each letter to create that long sentiment! It is a vintage collection (in my opinion), so I inked it up a bit to create an aged effect. Guess what I did not do on this card? STAMP! I couldn't believe it either! :-)

- Trim aqua mist cardstock to an A2 card.
- Trim pattern papers and adhere to card front.
- Add stitching.
- Add lace trim and ribbon.
- Ink around all edges.
- Add chipboard to sentiment tag with foam adhesive.
- Adhere sentiment tag to card front at a diagonal with foam adhesive.

This is just way to cute! And how nice to have no stamping, though I have found that sometimes these take me longer because I fuss over them more! But that is probably just me! LOL! Hope you have a great Monday!
