Christ the Lord

Happy Hump Day! Today, I'm back with a color inspiration featuring silver and navy. A very simple color combination can still have a major impact on a card. I chose a more traditional Christmas theme for this card and used a scripture as the focal point coupled with an embossed design. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your day!

Instructions
  1. Trim navy cardstock to create an A2 card base.
  2. Heat emboss design with silver embossing powder on card front.
  3. Trim vellum strip and stamp scripture, then adhere to card front.
  4. Add ribbon.
Supplies

Stamps :: Papertrey Ink - silent night; background basics (diamonds)
Ink :: Versamark; Papertrey Ink - enchanted evening
Paper :: Papertrey Ink - enchanted evening, vellum
Embellishments :: Papertrey Ink - enchanted evening ribbon
Tools :: Filigree - detailed silver embossing powder; heati gun

WOW, now that makes a statement! I seem to have a problem with lineing them up.
