This is just a quick post for K. Werner's Color Challenge. I really liked the combo of the orange and blue hues.
Here's how I did it:
- Create card base by trimming cardstock to 4.25" x 11", then score at 5.5"
- Stamp tree image on white cardstock, then cut out and adhere to card base.
- Punch circles on orange and berry cardstock.
- Stamp journal stamp on circles with versamark ink
- Crumple circles to distress
- Adhere circles to the tree limbs
- Add brads
- Stitch around the edge of card base
- Stamp sentiment on berry cardstock and adhere to card base off-centered with a brad on the right side
Stamps: SU! - Season of Friendship; Art Warehouse - Journal
Ink: Versamark; Black
Cardstock: Blue; Orange; Berry; White
Accessories: Black Brads; Circle Punch; Sewing Machine; Thread
Technique: Stamped
Card Size: 4.25 x 5.5
