Dream...MLK did!

{Front}

{Inside}

It's MLK Day, so I thought I'd create a unique card for the occasion. I know it's rare to send a card for this holiday, which is why I made one! I centered the purpose of it around encouragement using the highly recognized word of Dr. King's speech "dream." I finished the inside of this card with the greeting to emphasize the purpose of this encouraging card. It doesn't have to be given to someone on MLK Day, but at any time to someone who may have given up on a dream.

Instructions:
  1. Trim green cardstock to 4.25" x 5.5".
  2. Trim brown cardstock to about 5" x 4".
  3. Trim white cardstock to about 4.625" x 3.5".
  4. Trim pattern paper to about 4.375" x 3.25".
  5. Adhere thickers to pattern paper.
  6. Tie ribbon around pattern paper into a knot.
  7. On word processor, type "have a" and "Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. did" and print.
  8. Cut out words.
  9. Place "Have a" behind ribbon.
  10. Mat pattern paper and cardstocks on one another.
  11. Mat cardstocks and place greeting on inside of card.
  12. Stamp design on inside of card.
