Hi Everyone! I'm back today with another Lawn Fawn Sneak Peek. This card features another new stamp set, Partly Cloudy. We had a family emergency and I'm out of town using very minimal supplies, but was able to finish this card. I even ran out of adhesive. I threw some supplies in my bag and did not pay attention to the adhesive level and wouldn't you know - almost 75% done and I can't adhere it all together. I made a last minute stop at Wal-Mart and bought a glue stick. That will have to suffice for now! Anyway, that is the story behind this card and the 'new' photo since I'm not at home. - Create an A2 card from red cardstock.
- Stamp umbrellas on cream cardstock and cut out. *See Tips*
- Trim rustic cream cardstock block and adhere umbrellas.
- Tie brown ribbon into a knot.
- Stamp sentiment and mat on turquoise cardstock.
- Mat on patterned paper and adhere to card front.
- Ink the umbrella in a color first, then ink the handle in brown on the corner of the ink pad.
Stamps :: Lawn Fawn - partly cloudy
Ink :: Clear Snaps - Colorbox (chestnut roan, mint, yellow); PTI - pure poppy, ripe avocado
Cardstock :: PTI - pure poppy, rustic cream, hawaiian shores
Patterned Paper :: My Mind's Eye
Embellishments :: PTI - brown twill tape
